Dr. Claire-Marie Roberts is the Performance Director at Coventry City Football Club and a leading figure in elite sports science and psychology as of 2026. A Chartered Psychologist and Scientist, she previously spent nearly a decade at the Premier League as Head of Elite Development and supported Team GB through three Olympic cycles. In addition, she serves as a Non-Executive Director for Bath Rugby and a specialist advisor to Nike on women’s athletic performance, making her a pivotal voice in the evolution of modern athlete development.
