About the Mentor

Dan Mlinar is the Head of Academy Coaching at Millwall FC, where he leads the club's coaching philosophy and player development initiatives. He holds a UEFA A Licence, the Advanced Youth Award, and has completed the Premier League's Elite Head of Coaching Masters. With over 15 years of academy football experience, Dan has worked across all age groups from U9s to U21s. Before Millwall, he was Assistant Coach for the England Women's U16 and U17 teams, playing a key role in nurturing young talent at every stage.
