About the Mentor

Tony Carr MBE is a legendary figure in English football, best known for his 43 year tenure at West Ham United FC as a coach and Academy Director. Honoured with an MBE for his outstanding service to football, Tony has played a pivotal role in developing some of the country's greatest football talents. During his time at West Ham, the academy produced players whose combined transfer fees exceeded £80 million. Notable names who trained under his guidance include Rio Ferdinand, Frank Lampard, Joe Cole, Michael Carrick, Jermain Defoe, Glen Johnson, and John Terry.
