About the Mentor

Peter Augustine is an experienced FA Coach Educator supporting coaches from Level 1 to UEFA B. His passion for coaching started at age 11 to improve his own playing, and by 14 he was managing his first team. He worked for Chelsea FC's community scheme, eventually managing their Girls' Centre of Excellence, before serving as Technical Director for the Middlesex FA Girls' Centre of Excellence. Peter also studied coaching methods at Benfica FC in Portugal, founded his own club, and coached in non league football. He holds the UEFA A Licence and FA Advanced Youth Award.
