About the Mentor

Paul Mcguinness has a rich background as a former Manchester United Youth and Reserve player and holds a BSc in PE & Sports Science from Loughborough University. He has held various roles at Manchester United's Centre of Excellence, including Education Officer, Director, Assistant Academy Director, and U18 coach. Additionally, he has experience as an English FA Senior Coach Developer and as Head of Player Development at Leicester City Academy. He currently leads "McGuinness Football Consultancy".
